Data Deletion Instructions
This page provides instructions on how to delete your data from EazPost and remove our app's access from your connected social media accounts.

1. Deleting Your EazPost Account Data

Your primary data, including your user profile, created businesses, connected accounts, and scheduled posts, is stored securely with Firebase. To permanently delete all this information, you must request that we delete your EazPost account.

To request account deletion, please send an email to our support team with your request.

Warning: This action is irreversible. All your workspaces, connections, and post history within our app will be permanently removed.

2. Removing App Access from Social Platforms

Deleting your account with us does not automatically revoke the permissions you granted EazPost on external platforms. You must do this manually in your account settings on each platform. This ensures that our application can no longer access any of your data.

Facebook & Instagram

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, click on Apps and Websites.
  4. Find "EazPost" in the list and click the Remove button next to it.

X (Twitter)

  1. Log in to your X account.
  2. Go to More > Settings and privacy > Security and account access > Apps and sessions.
  3. Click on Connected apps.
  4. Find "EazPost" and click on it to revoke access.

Google

  1. Go to your Google Account permissions page.
  2. Find "EazPost" in the "Third-party apps with account access" section.
  3. Click on the app name, then click Remove Access.
